A Self-Storage company is adding a Human Resources Manager to join their team. They are very customer-service-oriented and have a "people helping people" mindset. They're experiencing a lot of growth. As the HR Manager, you will be supporting the HR Director in all things HR: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

Human Resources Manager job duties:

• Manage all company compensation and benefits plan, including open enrollment and payroll
• Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes
• Maintenance of the HRIS system
• Oversee performance management and succession planning
• Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding all human resources practices.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday in office

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager role:

• Must have 4+ years in an HR Manager or Senior Generalist role
• Previous oversight of benefits administration
• Previous implementation of development and performance plans; including drafting the plans
• Excellent skill working with HRIS, Google Suite, MS office Suite, online meeting platforms.
• PHR or SHRM highly preferred

Pay Range: $75,000- $85,000
