A growing international aerospace company is looking to add a Buyer to their growing team!

This manufacturing company specializes in producing flight control, hydraulic, fuel, thermal management, and engine systems and components for the aerospace industry. This is a great time to join their team as they are experiencing growth due to incoming projects.

This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a company that is committed to excellence, quality, and customer service.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Review MRP (SAP) order action messages, maintain schedule and visibility, identify and resolve issues until shipment
• Generate work orders and issues purchase orders based on MRP (SAP) messages
• Negotiate price and deliveries are consistent with schedule needs
• Process changes, reschedules and outside processing to meet production schedule goals
• Proactive management of product to ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

Buyer Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 2+ years of experience in material/inventory management in a defense or aerospace environment
• Experience with MRP (SAP) is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $31.58-$40.00/hour
