A well-known food and beverage manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their growing team!

This family-owned company manufactures juice boxes tailored to health care, K-12 education, elderly feeding, daycare, and prisons. They are rapidly growing, so this opportunity offers plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement!

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of 7-10 seasoned maintenance technicians.
• Manage the facility's maintenance program, analyzing equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise daily work schedules as well as capital projects and preventative maintenance programs.
• Offer technical support and training to maintenance personnel on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining, and PLCs equipment.
• Initiate Continuous Improvement programs.
  

You will be successful in this role if you’re a strong leader who’s proficient with Maintenance systems and have experience in food industry manufacturing.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, flexibility with hours.

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

• Over 5+ years of maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience working within a food/beverage or liquid manufacturing company is needed.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and automation.
• Proficient with Maintenance systems.

Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
