An Aerospace company that has over 75 years of experience in providing highly engineered solutions and manufacturing services is looking to add a Controller to their team.

The company specializes in engineered plastics, advanced composites, and metal innovative solutions used in the aerospace, medical, and defense industries. They value active involvement and their employees’ input and creativity.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting & analysis including direct labor & material review & analysis, costing labor reconciliation and utilization, OH monitor and review
• Monthly Forecasting, month end performance metrics, month end journal entries and month end closing with regional corporate finance team
• Maintains other metrics as needed to support the divisional leadership team and goals
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Lead periodic customer audits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift (flexible hours)

Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance/accounting field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Controller in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership and people-development experience
• ERP/MRP experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

Compensation: 

• $140,000 - $160,000
• Annual company & individual performance based bonus
