A leading manufacturer of durable industrial benches has a temp-to-hire opening on their team for a Facility Handy Man.
This is a great opportunity for you to get your foot in the door with a company that wants to see you be successful and will offer you lots of opportunities for growth!
Facility Handy Man Duties:
- Visually inspects, review, and tests machinery and equipment
- Diagnose problems and repairs the machinery as needed, reports to management
- Instructs machine operators how to clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
- Cleans work area, maintain machine maintenance log books, organizing parts as needed
- Cleans bathrooms, grounds keeping, maintenance of facilities
You will be successful in this role if you are reliable and enjoy working with machinery!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Facility Handy Man Requirements:
- Janitorial and Machine Maintenance experience 6-8 months
- Comfortable with background noise, heavy machinery, and use of power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Pay: $16.50/hr.
