As an Assistant Superintendent you will:

• Recognize and enforce quality standards through daily inspection of homes under construction.
• Ensure all home sites are in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Schedule and walk all inspections with inspectors.
• Conduct homeowner orientation and re-walks.
• Note outstanding homeowner walk-through items and schedule subcontractors to repair.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime.

You will be successful in this Assistant Superintendent role if you are detail oriented, a strong communicator, and a team player.

As an Assistant Superintendent you will need:

• Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
• Ability to operate a smartphone
• High school diploma or GED
• A vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to stand and walk for 4-8 hrs 
• Ability to meet deadlines  

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, some flexibility required
