Assembly Lead Job Duties:
In this full-time, temporary to hire Assembly Lead role you will be leading a team of 8-10 employees, setting up the assembly line and performing quality checks.
- Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees
- Set up assembly line for daily processing
- Perform quality checks
- Coach and train employees on production standards
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay: $20-$23
Assembly Lead Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/production
- Strong written and verbal communication
- HS Diploma/Ged
