A printing company in Renton is looking to add a Mailroom Lead to their growing team! If you have 1-2 years of mailroom experience and are looking for a leadership opportunity, this Mailroom Lead role could be the perfect fit for you! ?This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity.

Mailroom Lead Job Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees
• Set up assembly line for daily processing
• Perform quality checks
• Coach and train employees on production standards

You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy training, have experience in production, and enjoy working in a fast past environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay: $21-$24

Mailroom Lead Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Computer skills- MS Office Suite
• Experience with Window Book and Microsoft Dynamics a plus!
• HS Diploma/Ged
