A leading surgical center with locations throughout the Fort Worth area is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Patient Care Representative to join their Keller location call center team.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role. The work you do will help ensure that people in the community not only get the support they need but have an excellent customer experience!

Unlike other call center roles, this one offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, with weekends off!

Patient Care Representative Job Duties:

• Manage incoming calls and Answer questions
• Create patient charts and update patient demographics when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling and billing
• Triage phone requests to other departments as needed
  

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Patient Care Representative Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• 1+ year of eClinical Works software experience required.
• 1+ years of recent high-volume call center experience
• Experience in a medical or insurance industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience
