An established, well-known Title & Escrow company, located in Bellevue, is looking to add an Accounts Payable Assistant to their team. This is a temporary position with potential to grow into more!
In this position you will be supporting the home buying process as an Accounts Payable Assistant in the Accounting Department.
As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will:
- Enter accounts payable weekly
- Handle documents (scanning, prepping, processing)
- Learn to process outgoing wires
- Other duties as you learn
Accounts Payable Assistant Qualifications:
- Ability to type 50 WPM accurately
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with AP or AR
- Love of accuracy and detail
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Bellevue, WA
