As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll manage projects from start to finish, oversee customer orders and quote requests, and identify opportunities to upsell while maintaining and growing relationships with current accounts. Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the sales process from initiation to completion, including order placement, follow-up, and delivery coordination
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate materials, schedules, and delivery timelines for customer project
  •  Work with outside sales representatives to support accounts and achieve sales targets
Insides Sales Representative Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in industrial distribution, construction supply, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, B2B sales, Project management, etc

Schedule: Monday – Friday; The schedule can be flexible between 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $23.00-$29.00/hr
