A local building materials company seeks skilled full-time, direct-hire Inside Sales Support specialists who enjoy supporting and working with their outside sales team. This company produces interior and exterior doors for the 4 largest contractors in the region! They provide excellent customer service and delivery to each of them and build beautiful wood materials.
The ideal candidate must have a great personality that loves assisting customers and co-workers and be detail-orientated and organized to support this critical role.

Inside Sales Specialist Duties:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and resellers to understand their needs and goals.
- Data entry
- Take orders from incoming calls and walk-in customers
- Track and report sales activities through their internal CRM system
Inside Sales Specialist Specialist Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales support experience
- Experience working in a construction or lumber environment
- CRM experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong data entry skills
Pay: $24.04 per hour
- Once fully trained you will receive a commission (approximately 3 months)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Overtime opportunities
