This is a full-time, temporary to hire Customer Service Representative role, where previous logistics experience is not required. They provide thorough training and a supportive team to help you build your skills and knowledge in this industry.  

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
  • Monitor and expedite incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Take customer orders and arrange freight pick up
  • Prepare BOL's and create invoices
  • Enter shipping and item information into computer system
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
  • 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required!
  • Strong computer skills
  • Desire to learn and grow
