Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Monitor and expedite incoming and outgoing shipments
- Take customer orders and arrange freight pick up
- Prepare BOL's and create invoices
- Enter shipping and item information into computer system
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting
- Prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required!
- Strong computer skills
- Desire to learn and grow
