Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers and Customers
• Collect and analyze production data to evaluate product quality and drive root cause analysis and recommends corrective actions
• Monitor quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and instruct others in quality control and analytical procedures
• Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, root cause analyses, or quality trends and review statistical studies, regulatory standards and trends in the field of quality control
• Support audits with Defense, Aerospace and Customer Auditors and provide support for failure analysis and reliability testing as required
• Review and approve quality document changes - Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), deviations

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift

Senior Quality Engineer Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or related in an Aerospace environment or similar manufacturing setting
• Experience with APQP, PFMEAs, FMEAs, Gage R&R, GD&T
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering study
• Experience working with mechanical or hydraulic products
• Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, the company bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Compensation:

• $110,000 - $160,000
• Annual company performance-based bonus potential
