Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers and Customers
- Collect and analyze production data to evaluate product quality and drive root cause analysis and recommends corrective actions
- Monitor quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and instruct others in quality control and analytical procedures
- Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, root cause analyses, or quality trends and review statistical studies, regulatory standards and trends in the field of quality control
- Support audits with Defense, Aerospace and Customer Auditors and provide support for failure analysis and reliability testing as required
- Review and approve quality document changes - Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), deviations
Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift
Senior Quality Engineer Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or related in an Aerospace environment or similar manufacturing setting
- Experience with APQP, PFMEAs, FMEAs, Gage R&R, GD&T
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering study
- Experience working with mechanical or hydraulic products
- Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, the company bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Compensation:
- $110,000 - $160,000
- Annual company performance-based bonus potential
