As an HVAC II Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems in our stunning properties. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise while ensuring optimal performance for our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and replacements on system compressors.
• Develop and document best practices for optimal HVAC operations.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance for all HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
