A Mochi Ice Cream Company in West Phoenix is looking to bring on an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. You will be successful in this role if you have great skills and food manufacturing experience.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity !

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

· Oversee production keeping efficiencies.

· Monitor and manage employee work schedules and coordinates breaks.

· Work closely with mechanics to minimize downtime by scheduling specials assignments, assist during breakdowns and be proactive with PMs.

· Plan, communicate and monitor raw material needs per production demand.

· Ensure that proper GMP & housekeeping procedures are followed plant wide as outlined by the  Quality Dept. and that the plant is always inspections ready.

· Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for production duties and lead meetings when assigned.

· Must be willing to work Overnight Shifts and Other duties may be assigned.?

Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of Production Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday . May include some Holidays.
• Hours may vary per day or as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Shifts:

2nd shift: 1:30pm-10:30pm 

Pay:

• up to $60,000 a year DOE
