This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager or Engineer in a manufacturing environment looking to join a long-standing company with a great reputation.

Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage the Kaizen Roadmap
• Coordinate the continuous the continuous improvement activity and team members
• Facilitate establishment of lean principles throughout the organization, to include coaching to ensure completion of projects
• Apply CI tools to identify root causes and develop counter measures
• Work with business leaders to attain business goals
• Promote the crane business system through daily passion for continuous improvement and the constant elimination of waste

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift

Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in demonstrated process improvement success
• Proven accomplishments utilizing lean tools/methodologies
• Kaizen experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related study
• Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, the company bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Compensation:

• $115,000 - $150,000
• Annual company performance-based bonus potential
