A well-known printing company in Phoenix, AZ is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their growing team!

This local digital printing company produces printed products for every aspect of online print-on-demand, direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales, personalized and commercial printing. Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of 6 maintenance technicians. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure effective training and development to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee and coordinate all equipment and maintenance activities, including preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of parts and supplies, and control maintenance-related expenditures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality.
• You will be successful in this role if you’re a leader with strong technical maintenance experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift.

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience – can be outstanding of a maintenance capacity.
• Experience working on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
