As an Aerospace Assembler (Trimmer), you will perform a variety of techniques to work with composite components as part of the manufacturing process.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Trim and deburr fabricated components using pneumatic power tools
  • Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Promote safety in the workplace                 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand detailed instructions
  • Capability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written
  • Able to identify defective materials and parts
  • Understanding of technology with the ability to learn new platforms and systems

 Working Conditions:

  • Standing and/or walking for 8-10 hours per day
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
  • Handling objects up to 50 pounds

 Pay: $22.30

Available Schedule:

  • 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday-Thursday

Aerospace Manufacturing Associate Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent work experience in a production or manufacturing job
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, and walk throughout shift
  • Able to wear provided safety gear
  • Able to use diagrams and verbal and written instructions to perform tasks
  • Ability to read instructions and follow demonstrated steps
  • Experience using small hand tools is a plus
