This manufacturing company is looking to add a Senior Press Brake Operator to their team. You will enjoy working in this clean, organized, fully air-conditioned warehouse along with a friendly and family-oriented team.
As a Senior Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC press brake machines to fabricate metal components according to precise specifications.
Senior Press Brake Operator Job Duties:
- Support Engineering by identifying potential material stretch issues and having correction made to shop drawings/instructions.
- Set up and operate press brake machines (accurpress and JMT) to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect and measure completed workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Provide
training and guidance to junior press brake operators and other team
members.?
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or metal fabrication is preferred.
- Proven experience as a press brake operator
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of press brake machines, tooling, and setup procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $25+ Depending on Experience
