An electrical contractor is looking for an experience superintendent to add to their growing team. If you have a background as an electrician, and at least 2 years of experience leading electrical construction projects as a superintendent, we want to connect with you!
This company specializes in delivering high-quality electrical contracting services and works with a variety of industrial industries, with a current focus on industrial ground up construction.
In this Superintendent role, you will be managing the job site crew for construction projects and partnering closely with the project manager to maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and contract scope.

Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical construction projects.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Review project plans and specifications, providing input and feedback as needed.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues that arise.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift.
Pay: $83,000-$110,000/year
Superintendent Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a superintendent in the electrical field for construction projects.
- Experience with conduit, pulling wire, power management, and installation of electrical gear, equipment and devices.
- Proven experience in ground-up construction projects.?
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
- Experience as an electrician who has completed an apprenticeship.
