This is an exciting BMS/EPMS Installation Foreman opportunity with a NICET-certified electrical testing, controls, and automation company that provides services in electrical testing, system design, electrical engineering, systems integration, commissioning, equipment servicing and retrofit services.
The company services a variety of industrial industries, with a current focus on data centers. In this EMS/EPMS Installation Foreman role, you will be running the day to day job site crew as well doing your own hands on work for BMS/EPMS installations for data center construction projects.

BMS/EPMS Installation Foreman Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee daily operations of job crew employees
- Deliver daily reports to the assigned superintendent and maintain ongoing communication
- Assist onsite crew with BMS/EPMS installation and offer guidance/training as needed
- Maintain familiarity with contract scope and specifications and communicate to team leads through RFI’s, memos, etc
- Apply knowledge of NEC and ensure compliance with all job safety standards
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-10 hour days. Local travel throughout the area required
Pay: $52/hour. Company vehicle and gas card provided.
BMS/EPMS Installation Foreman Requirements:
- Experience in electrical installation of BMS/EPMS systems for data centers or critical facility environments
- Experience leading site crews between 4-10 employees
- Understanding of raceway pathways, cable pulls, device and panel terminations, and installation of BMS/EPMS panels and devices.
- Expert knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards
