This is an exciting Operations Manager opportunity with one of the nation’s top full service industrial electrical contractors who designs, builds, installs, and maintains their clients’ systems, projects, and facilities. They service a variety of industries across the nation including renewables, data centers, oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturing, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields to name a few.

In this Operations Manager role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and guidance to the national project management team to meet short and long term company objectives and vision. This organization is in a huge stage of growth and is looking for a leader to drive that growth forward.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Mentor, coach and develop direct reports to support in developing their teams
• Analyze project performance and team execution to develop strategies to maximize profit
• Manage Profit & Loss and organize, lead, and participate in month end financial meetings
• Oversee project life cycle and offer guidance as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8- 5. Travel would be 25-50% depending on location of candidate.

Pay: $180,000-$200,000+/year. Bonus eligible

Operations Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience leading an electrical construction projects with an annual budget of $60+ million
• Strong experience managing and overseeing large scale industrial electrical projects
• Technical aptitude when it comes to controls and electrical work
• Knowledge and experience with estimating for projects as well as estimating software
