This is an exciting Electrical Testing Field Service Engineer opportunity with one of the nation’s top full service industrial electrical contractors. With the catch phrase “We do it all,” this electrical contractor designs, builds, installs and maintains their clients’ systems, projects, and facilities.

In this Electrical Testing Field Service Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, repair services, and commissioning support on low and medium voltage electrical systems.  This job offers competitive pay, ability to be out in the field doing hands on work, and continued career growth opportunities.

Electrical Testing Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Test power transformers, electro-mechanical and solid state relays, cable testing, and automatic transfer switch troubleshooting
• Provide preventative maintenance, repair services and commissioning support for a variety of electrical products (predominantly in data centers)
• Work safely and adhere to all electrical safety core principles and procedures
• Deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction and provide support for the team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour scheduled day. Hours will vary per site location. 

Pay: $55-65/hour. Company vehicle included

Electrical Testing Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• NETA or NICET certified
• 5+ years of hands on experience with electrical systems
• Experience with switchgear maintenance
• Experience with Uninterrupted power systems (UPS) and CPT transformer testing
• Ability to troubleshoot/test complex control schematics
• OSHA 30 and/or NFPA 70-E preferred
