A full-service experiential marketing agency in Redmond, WA is looking to add a Controller to their growing company.

This innovative end-to-end marketing company brings their customers brands to life through custom fabricated exhibits and displays that engage consumers in both live and virtual settings. Controller Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and drive financial strategy on the manufacturing/fabrication floor.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of A/R, A/P, Payroll, and revenue reporting.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
• This role will involve overseeing some aspects of human resources.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to long-term business planning and growth initiatives.

You will be successful in this role if you have a strong accounting background with leadership experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible day shift schedule.

Controller Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Some HR experience is needed for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Compensation:

• $130,000-$160,000 annually.
• With annual bonus potential.
