A leading plastics manufacturing company in Beaverton is seeking a Production Lead to join their dynamic team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their careers, requiring at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
This full-time, temporary-to-hire position offers 3-Day weekend twice a month!
You’ll be working in an exciting industry, producing essential components for medical, sporting goods, and aerospace applications.
Production Lead Job Duties:
- Working with new hires to provide training and daily direction
- Inspecting parts to ensure quality and give operators feedback
- Schedule and cover breaks and lunches
- Completing paperwork
- Days of the week rotate - 3 days off every other week!
- Weekend availability required - 3-Day weekend twice a month!
- Daily overtime applies for hours worked beyond 10 hours.
- 6 months+ of previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate both verbally to provide feedback and written.
- Decision making in previous roles
- Meeting deadlines and changing priorities
