Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Production Manager to oversee production activities for a World-Class Manufacturer of pressure washers and drive their team to success.
What You’ll Do:
As the Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this company's operations, ensuring their products are crafted to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee the production of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve machine issues to keep production lines running smoothly.
- Goal-Oriented: Set ambitious production targets and work collaboratively to achieve them.
- Team Builder: Hire, train, and mentor their talented workforce, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Problem Solver: Tackle production line challenges head-on, implementing solutions to optimize performance.
- Flexibility in Action: Adjust production levels and staffing to minimize inventory and maximize efficiency.
- Safety First: Uphold workplace safety standards and implement training programs that empower their team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, ensuring seamless communication with managers, suppliers, and procurement teams.
Pay: $70,000-$82,000 per year
Schedule: 6am-4:30pm
