Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job Duties:

·       Managing incoming calls, handling emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members

·       Setting up meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them afterward.

·       Handling sensitive information carefully and ensuring that the office complies with relevant regulations and policies.

·       Operating standard office machines like copiers, fax machines, and computers proficiently

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00a – 5:00p

Pay: $17 - 25 per hour

 

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Requirements:

·       Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

·       Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers, scanners).

·       Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

·       High level of reliability and professionalism
