Join a leading, family-owned HVAC company with a strong and growing presence across Southern Texas. As an Estimate Coordinator in the Estimate & Bidding department, you will play a key role by managing bids from customers and vendors, accurately documenting project data, and utilizing blueprints to estimate HVAC projects,
They’re looking for someone who brings at least one year of experience interpreting blueprints, two years of data-entry experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Estimate Coordinator Job Duties:
- Manage bids from customers and vendors
- Document data and notes within company software
- Communicate with sales team and customers
- Prioritize projects and bid calendar
- Support the estimating team and managers on various projects
Pay: $41,600 - $52,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
Estimate Coordinator Job Requirements:
- At least one year of experience reading and interpreting blueprints or mechanical drawings
- At least two years of data entry experience and using Microsoft Excel and Outlook software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a previous role where you were able to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
