Are you looking for a long-term Customer Service position? Do you have experience working in a warehouse?
An expanding company just relocated to Goodyear! They opened a brand-new facility and are looking to bring on a Fulfillment Associate to their growing team.
They specialize in creating high-quality healthcare apparel. In this role, you’ll be working both in office and in the warehouse to insure that fulfillment is being met in all departments.
You'll enjoy the positive team-oriented environment, developing new skills and working in their temperature-controlled, state-of-the-art facility!
Fulfillment Associate Job Description:
- Work on-site to audit and guide operational procedures for receiving, picking, packing, return processing, and inventory control cycle counts.
- Partner with supervisors in multiple departments to resolve any issues or order changes
- Responsible for ensuring that pickups are executed daily
- Assist with the returns department
- Assist with Inventory control cycle counts
- Perform quality control tasks
Pay: $20 - $21 per hour
Fulfillment Associate Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft, Excel, SAP, WMS
- Experience partnering with a 3rd party vendor
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse (stand on feet for 6-8 hours a day)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
