A leader in the aerospace and composite manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Production/Plant Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

This Everett based company specializes in Aerospace, Composite Build to Print Production & Testing.

With a large influx of projects, this role will be critical in managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, tracking KPIs, and leading a team of production staff to meet the increasing demands of the business.

Plant Production Manager? Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines and targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff and supervisors.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours.

Plant Production Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, composites, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, quality control, and team performance.
• Experience tracking KPIs and implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with various departments.

Compensation: $55 – 61 an hour.
