We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee a critical section of an automated solar panel production line at a local solar company. In this role, you will manage production schedules, train staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and oversee daily operations. Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff and ensure operations are safe and efficient.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to work instructions and best practices.
• Monitor and manage raw material stock levels to meet production schedules.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure traceability using the Data Collection System.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Technician to resolve equipment issues.
• Communicate with Lead Hands and Production Manager to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Production Supervisor Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (6 pm – 6 am)
• 2,2,3 Pitman schedule
• 36-hour week/48-hour week – weekends off for half the year!

Production Supervisor Pay:

• $68,000 - $73,000 yearly salary?

• Overtime available

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office
• 5+ years as a production supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with MRP and/or ERP systems
• 3+ years of production experience
