A well-known Design Service company in Sherwood, OR is looking to add an Account Manager to their growing team!

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries.
• Ensure all projects are estimated with proper margins.
• Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and project management, to deliver exceptional products that meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Address client issues and concerns promptly, working to find effective solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, estimates, and project details within the company’s system.
• You will be successful in this role if you have experience in account management or inside sales, particularly within the construction or a similar industry.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible day shift hours.

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Account management or inside sales experience, preferably in construction, fabrication, or similar industries.
• Understanding of project management, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.

Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
