Customer Service Rep -- Call Center
Unique opportunity to join a HUGE company as a Customer Service Rep!
What's unique about the role? Even though you will be working in a call center environment, you will:
• NOT be doing sales
• NOT be dealing with disgruntled, disrespectful customers
• NOT be reading from generic scripts
Here's what you WILL be doing:
• Handling inbound calls
• Answering customer questions, and building relationships
• Doing data entry

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months experience in a call center or customer service environment
• MS Excel familiarity
• Bilingual -- Spanish/English is a plus
Multiple schedules are available.
