We are offering a temp to hire assignment for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a building material company here in the East Valley (Gilbert). This company provides high-quality services for delivering and shipping building materials for commercial properties and construction.
If you have payroll experience and have a strong foundation of Excel, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include:
-Payroll dept
-Create invoices for safety and office supplies
-Process receipts
-Answer phone calls and questions from vendors
-Update employee files
An eager personality to learn and take on new tasks will be a great asset with this company!
This part-time temporary Admin must possess the following:
-*Payroll experience a must*
- Strong knowledge in Excel
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $15/hour
