Commercial Property Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s in Accounting or Finance, preferred
• Yardi, MRI, or Skyline experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of project accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures
•  Computer literate in MS Office and Outlook

• Prepare month end closing reports for various properties with consolidated reporting
• Manage high volume of leasing activities including managment of data for related tentants
• Enter journal entry for properties on a monthly basis and reconcile accounts as needed
• Prepare and submit loan draw requests and funding 
• Work closely with multiple property admins and managers to comply with client demands
• Assist with various projects as assigned
