Specializing in land surveying, land planning and civil engineering this firm has over 50 years of service in residential, commercial, and municipal communities.
In the role of Civil Project Engineer you will be responsible for preparing all facets of civil/site design documents, developing plans for construction, meeting project goals, interacting with city official to determine entitlement, permitting, site planning, grading plans, and utility layouts. You will also assist the project manager with budgeting, scheduling and proposal preparation.
Desired experience and education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years minimum experience as a Certified Engineer
- Experience using Washington State DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington and the King County Surface Water Design Manual
- Professional experience preparing grading, roadway, sewer, and water designs for land development projects
- Experience with local municipalities and utility district standards desired
