Direct Hire opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor position. Our client is a leader in the plumbing supply industry and are looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to their Swing Shift due to continued growth within the company. They have been ranked one of the Top Work Places in Oregon for 3 years!

In this position, you will be involved in overseeing multiple warehouse positions on Swing Shift. You will be a partner to the Operations Manger in conducting reviews, supporting coaching and development and ensuring that all facets of the warehouse are running smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support training, on-boarding and ongoing coaching for all warehouse employees
• Work directly with Operations Manager to process annual employee reviews
• Oversee Swing Shift to ensure that orders are picked accurately and packages are shipped in a timely manner
• Supervise a variety of warehouse positions including Order Pickers, Shipping & Receiving department and Delivery Drivers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in a Warehouse Supervisory role
• Strong computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience training new employees
