A company located in Tacoma is adding a local CDL A Driver to their team, and it is truly local- you will drive in Pierce, King, and Snohomish counties and then to the Port. This is a direct hire opportunity for a driver that is looking to be home every night.
This company ships products from all over the US to Alaska, if someone might need it in Alaska, they get it shipped there! This is exciting for you because it means every day is different. You could be hauling dirt, building products, food or hazardous waste. You will also get to drive a variety of equipment depending on what you are moving. The company is efficient, people are friendly, and you don't start too early or get off too late.
Requirements:
- 6 months CDL A expeirnece
- HAZMAT Endorsement
A TWIC card is required, however, the company is willing to help you get it if you are the right candidate.
Benefits: There are 2 different medical plans offered, dental, vision, PTO, and a retirement plan.
Schedule: the hours will be between 10AM and 8PM depending on the day.
Location: Tacoma
Pay: $22.50/hr + DOE
