Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist SQCC in developing, maintaining and implementing site specific Quality Systems in regards to cGMP's, Juice HACCP and USDA regulations.
  
• Implement and Monitor Juice HACCP.
• Perform periodic audits such as Food Safety/ Food Security.
• Maintaining SOP relating to product Quality, Safety, Security. 
• Facilitating safety training, HACCP, Food Safety, Security for employees. 
• Identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensuring all laboratory tests and calibration procedures are properly understood and carried out. 
• Writing technical and quality systems reports. 
• Manage the site implementation of corporate goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to QA/QC.
• Monitoring Plant Sanitation, liaising with the sanitation chemical supplier. 

• At least two years experience in a Quality Control Manager position
  
• Knowledge of Food Safety
• At least one year experience in Food Manufacturing envirnoment
• HACCP Certified 
• Bachelors Degree is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally 
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications 
• At least one year experience lab testing
