About the Opportunity

As a recruiter you will be responsible for all steps associated with recruiting and hiring candidates, understanding and fulfilling client needs, and generating more business opportunities. AND you write your own paycheck! We offer incentive-based compensation, so you will see a direct correlation between your work and your pay.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in customer service, sales or recruiting
  
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both in-person and over the telephone
  
• A sense of urgency with a high standard of professionalism and character is a must
  
• A desire to help others become successful
