A local, leading fruit processing production company in Boring, Oregon is hiring for full time Production Leads on swing shift! If you are tired of commuting into Portland, this is the opportunity for you!
Join a company that makes specific flavors for Tillamook ice cream! Your role as a production lead is an important part of this company's success!
This company values their employees and hosts fun events like picnics and barbecues and "Create your own ice cream flavor competition" for their staff!
Some responsibilities as a Production Lead are:
- Operating food processing equipment
- Adhering to proper GMP's
- Printing documentation and preparing batched ingredients for production
- Operating forklifts occasionally
- General oversight of production employees in your department, including providing coaching and support
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months - 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience working in a Production environment
- Consistent full time hours, plus overtime
- Medical/Dental benefits, PTO plus paid holidays and 401K
- Promote from within company mentality
Schedule: Monday-Friday, swing 1:45pm-10:00pm
Pay: $18/hour, DOE plus overtime so you can make extra money!
Location: Boring, OR (This would be an easy commute if you live in Sandy, Gresham, Damascus, Clackamas, Fairview or Estacada!)
