A local real estate company is currently hiring Entry-level Janitors to work in their high-end establishment downtown and maintain a clean facility. They have multiple shifts available as well as both Interior and Exterior positions available. They have amazing benefits and growth opportunities! If you are dedicated and dependable, are able to lift up to 50 lbs, and take pride in maintaining a clean working environment, you can't miss out on this great custodial opportunity, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bellevue!
NO previous experience necessary!
As a Janitor, you will:
- Clean the interior or exterior of the property
- Empty trash receptacles
- Wash windows
- Respond to calls via a 2-way radio
Qualifications:
- Able to be on your feet for an 8 hr. shift
- Able to work with all cleaning chemicals
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Multiple schedules for you to choose from:
- Day: 6am - 2:45pm
- Swing: 2:30pm - 11:15pm
- Nights: 10pm - 6:30am
Location: Bellevue, WA (Bus accessible!)
Pay:
- Interior: $15/hr. for Day and Swing shift; $16/hr. for Graveyard shift
- Exterior: $16/hr. for Day and Swing shift; $17/hr. for Graveyard shift
