In this full-time role, you will manage the preconstruction process from the project's introduction to the company to the beginning of construction including all elements involved.
Senior Estimator Responsibilities:- Business development activities
- Budgeting
- Subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation
- Risk evaluations,
- Personnel management
- Approval of bids/budgets
- Management of subcontractor and suppliers
- 7+ years experience with a general contractor
- 3+ years in preconstruction activities
- Knowledge of preconstruction software and MS Office products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Location: Greater Seattle, WA area
Compensation: $120K-$150K DOE + benefits and PTO
