A local testing laboratory is currently hiring an Technical Customer Service Associate.
This company supports a large variety of manufacturing businesses across the country, focusing on materials testing. They are dedicated to meeting the highest standards of safety and quality.
If you have a background in Administrative, Reception, or Customer Service this is a great opportunity to work with a small team that is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers.

In this position your primary responsibility is ensuring the samples are moving efficiently through the lab. Duties will include; processing incoming samples, ordering the required tests, and facilitating the movement of samples to the correct departments.
What you need to be considered for this position;
- 1 year of office, admin, or other clerical work within the last 3 years
- Measurable ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for basic functions
- A strong desire to work independently and take ownership of your role

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Location: Milwaukie Oregon (Short commute from Clackamas, Oregon City, Molalla, Portland, West Linn, Wilsonville, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, and Oak Grove)
Hours: 8am - 5pm (some overtime required)
