Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to support hiring needs
• Manage the applicant tracking system
• Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Track candidates throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process to keep process moving
• Attend job fairs, identify solutions for candidate attraction
• Build a network of passive candidates through networking
• Create interview plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast pace environment. Agency and corporate recruiting preferred 
• Experience with recruiting for Sales, Retail, Marketing and Operation roles
• BA degree with a major in Human Resources preferred
