We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Call Center Representative for an accomplished marketing firm in Tigard, OR!

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for calling individuals who has expressed interest in services and scheduling them to meet with their nearest planner. This temp-to-hire role is a great fit for someone who has experience in customer service and is comfortable talking to customers over the phone. 

In this full-time position, you will receive plenty of training on our client's industry, their story, and their techniques. You will manage your contacts in the company's customer relationship management system. 

Call Center Representative Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft office suite including Outlook and Excel

Must be comfortable talking to customers over the phone

Experience providing excellent customer service

Schedule: Varies by start time, 4 full days and a half day:

• The office is open Monday-Thursday 6am-7pm and Friday 7am-12:00pm

Pay: $16/hour, get paid every Friday!

Location: Tigard, OR
