Do you have Reception experience? An Australian company with a local office is looking to add a Front Office Coordinator to their team. This role supports the entire office with a variety of tasks.
This company started in Australia and has been growing over the past 23 years. They are global leader in speech and search technology services and have partnered with leading technology and E-commerce companies, this company develops new offerings to expand them to global markets. Their clients include eight of the largest technology companies in the world!
As the Front Office Coordinator , you will be the first person everyone sees when they walk into the office.
Some of the job duties include:
- Answer phones, direct calls to proper employees
- Greet guest and notify recruiters of their arrival
- Provide parking passes to guests
- Order office supplies as needed
- Pickup mail, arrange for couriers as needed
- Possible booking of travel arrangements for employees
- One year recent office experience
- Customer service experience (at least one year)
- Computer proficiency (able to pass a basic skills test)
Schedeule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Kirkland- bus accessible
Pay: $19/hour
