If you are looking to further your career in Accounts Payable this may be the perfect opportunity for you! This position is for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a family owned demolition company in Tacoma. In this position, you will be responsible for handling high volume accounts payable for the company as well as helping with some accounts receivable, payroll and some general office duties. You will be taking the lead on setting up new vendors, ensuring accurate data entry is completed, and processing purchase orders. If you thrive in an independent role within a team oriented office, you will be successful in this position!
Pay: $18+ DOE

Qualifications:
- Experience in high volume accounts payable
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Timberline preferred
- Some experience in accounts receivable
- Some experience in payroll
- High level of attention to detail

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
