This is a Part Time Receptionist position where you'd be working directly with all incoming calls and visitors. As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be doing a variety of things which will make the day fly by.

As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be:

• Spending half the day answering a multi-line phone system and transferring appropriately
• The other half will be assisting the Human Resources team with:
• Data entry in Microsoft Excel
• Job description audits
• Outbound calls to interested candidates to schedule interviews

The Part Time Receptionist position is a 4-month role with consistent hours throughout the duration.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in person and/or over the phone
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

Pay: $14.50/hr
